Instructor (Renewal) Course

 

 

  • Must be Aligned with Eagle Life Saving's AHA Training Center to be able to take this course.
  • Provide Proof (Copies - Needed) of the Non-Expired American Heart Association - ACLS Provider CPR eCard & the ACLS Instructor CPR eCard.
  • Copy of your Drivers License                       
  • The ACLS Instructor has the ability to teach any American Heart Association ACLS Provider Initial / Renewal Course.
  • One must have Emergency Medical Experience & proof of to teach this course,
  • 2 - 3 hours to complete the ACLS Renewal Instructor course.

 

Process in becoming an AHA ACLS Instructor includes:

  • "FIRST"...Inform Eagle Life Saving you're interested in becoming a new ACLS Instructor and discuss a date you want to do the course.

1. Have a Current ACLS Provider & ACLS Instuctor eCard.

2. Complete the American Heart Association’s ACLS Instructor Update & Product Course.

3. Successfully complete the ACLS Instructor Course.

4. Be monitored by an ELS (TCF) member while teaching your first class.

5. This will usually be scheduled on the same day after your ACLS Instructor course. 

6. After registration & payment of the course, All information in becoming a ACLS Instructor will be sent to you in a Confirmation Email at one time.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

  • Choose a date in the future to complete the Instructor course with ELS.
  • Contact ELS for the date you have chosen so one can be created.
  • You will then Click on (Continue with Registration below) and pay for your course.
  • Please check your email and (SPAM BOX) after registration for confirmation of your course including very important information needed to complete this course.

You are required to have the current ACLS Instructors Manual and ALL teaching materials including All the required AHA specific equipment per AHA Guidelines for this course on hand or show proof of purchase with a paid receipt to be monitored and teach a ACLS Course at Eagle Life Saving Training Site.

Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the AHA. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to these companies per their Program Administration Manual.

* Only those who have paid for a course are allowed to sit in a class. 

* All AHA CPR eCards will be distributed (Immediately) after successfully completing all that is required and passing the course you choose in its entirety on the same day the course is taken unless an unforeseen circumstance occurs.

* All AHA certifications are in eCard form.
