  • 1 ON 1 Exclusive session (ONLY) for students who want more personal class time with instructor, but can't come to the ELS location.

TRAVEL FEE

  • Travel, Set-Up & Tear down fee of $25 is required for an ADD-ON cost during Registration.
  • Travel Distance not to exceed (30 - miles) round trip.

  • For healthcare providers working in emergency treatment, intensive care or critical care, and other professionals who may need to respond to an adult emergency.

 

DURATION OF COURSE

  • Approximate Class Time: 5-6 hours or less. 
  • Class times can run longer than shown based on students' ability to learn, understand, and apply course materials. 

 

TARGET AUDIENCE

  • Physicians, PA's, Nurse practitioners, Nurses, EMS personnel, and Respiratory Therapists.
  • For entry into this class, it is highly recommended that student be proficient with CPR, AED's, ECG interpretation, and pharmacology. 

 

COURSE EMPHASIZES ON

  • Importance of basic life support CPR to patient survival.
  • Integration of effective basic life support with ACLS interventions.
  • Importance of effective team interaction and communication during resuscitation.
  • The course includes simulated clinical scenarios that encourage active, hands-on participation through learning stations where students practice essential skills individually, as part of a team, and as team leader.

CLASS TIMES

  • All classes are Monday through Friday unless filled or unavailable for that day.
  • All AHA classes start @ 8:45am sharp.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early and be in your seat for the start of the class. 
  • Start out early for traveling to destination.
  • (No late arrivals allowed in class) - So not to disrupt course.
