ARRIVAL TIMES
- All classes are Monday through Friday.
- All Skill Sessions start @ 4:30pm sharp.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early and be in your seat for the start of the class.
- Start out early for traveling to ELS destination.
- (No late arrivals allowed in class) - So not to disrupt course.
TARGET AUDIENCE
- The Heartsaver for K-12 Schools course completion card may be provided by AHA Training Center Coordinators to K-12 school students, faculty, and staff who successfully complete an AHA Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED, Heartsaver CPR AED, or Heartsaver First Aid Course.
- “Faculty” refers to teachers and coaches; “staff” refers to an employee of a K-12 School or K-12 School system.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
- This is the Part 2 & 3 Skills Check-Off Portion - (ONLY) for the 2025 HS Online Course after completing Part 1.
How Does this Course Work?

- This program is designed to meet the Skill Practice and Testing requirements of the American Heart Association's Heartsaver program.
- This course is considered a blended learning course and consists of a 3 - part process to certification.
- Part 1 - Online eLearning and simulation (VIDEO) on any internet-connected computer.
- Part 2 - In-person skills practice. (Front of AHA Instructor)
- Part 3 - In-person skills testing. (Front of AHA Instructor)
PREREQUISITES
- Please Note: We (ONLY) recognize 2025 AHA Online Completion Certificates.
- The 2025 AHA Heartsaver First Aid, CPR & AED Part 2, 3 Skills Session must be completed within (60) days of completing the HS - Online Part 1 eLearning Video with AHA.
- The 2025 AHA Heartsaver - Online First Aid, CPR & AED Part 1 (VIDEO) is approximately 1.5 up to 3 hours in length.
ATTENTION:
- 2025 AHA HS Online - Part 1 Course Videos MUST be viewed by (Students Individually) & NOT as a group.
- Everyone MUST have their own Completion Certificate for a Skills Session.

NOTE
- Each student must (Individually Purchase) the 2025 AHA HS Online Video & view so to receive their Individual Completion Certificate.
- Each student must have their own 2025 HS - Part 1 Completion Certificate that bears a Code to it.
- This will need to be completed PRIOR to your HS - Skills Session.

WHAT TO BRING
- You must print the 2025 K12 HS Part 1 certificate of completion at the end of the online portion.
- If you send us your paperwork to print prior for your Skills Session, the charge will be $3.00
- (Add - On) Shown Below to Please print my copies needed for class. - $3.00
- Email PDF File Completion certificate to: gwhiteley@eaglelifesaving.com
- You will need to give this to your instructor when you attend the Skills Session portion.
- It is necessary to show that you completed the online portion.
- If you do not have your certificate of completion, you will not be able to complete the skills practice and testing portion of the course.
WHAT TO WEAR
- If you have physical conditions that might prevent you from participating in the course, please tell one of the instructors when you arrive for the course.
- Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. You will be practicing skills that require working on your hands and knees, bending, standing, and lifting.
- The instructor will work to accommodate your needs within the stated course completion requirements.
- If you are ill, or unforeseen circumstances occur, please notify your instructor 3 hours prior to the start of your class, to reschedule your training and to not incur additional costs.
