This is the Part 2 & 3 Skills Check-Off Portion - (ONLY) for the 2025 AHA - PALS Online Course after completing Part 1.

Completion Certificates are accepted! 

Notice:

• Do not attempt this PALS Skills Session unless you are "VERY PROFICIENT" in ALL Algorithms that are used.

• The PALS MP4 Video (Shown Below) is sold to help students pass. 

• (Unlimited Views anytime).

Rules: 

• All Skills Sessions & Classes are Video Recorded. 

• The PALS Skills Session is not used to practice Skills over & over again till you get it right.

• Causing harm or improper treatment of a patient constitutes a failure. 

• 2 failures after 1 Remediation is a failure of the Entire Skills session. 

• A PALS CPR eCard will not be issued, and the student will have to take the class course. 

• DO NOT FOLLOW...hospital protocols or personal preference. 

• We ONLY Follow the AHA Guidelines for ALL Skills Sessions.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

How Does this Course Work?

• This program is designed to meet the Skill Practice and Testing requirements of the American Heart Association's Pediatric Advanced Life Support program. 

• This course is considered a blended learning course and consists of a 3 - part process to certification.

• Part 1 - Heartcode PALS Online eLearning with American Heart Association.

• Part 2 - In-person skills practice.

• Part 3 - In-person skills testing.

WHAT TO BRING

• You must print the PALS Part 1 certificate of completion at the end of the online portion.

• If you send us your paperwork to print prior for your Skills Session, the charge will be $3.00

• You will need to give this to your instructor when you attend the Skills Session portion. 

• It is necessary to show that you completed the online portion.

• If you do not have your certificate of completion, you will not be able to complete the skills practice and testing portion of the course.

PREREQUISITES

• Complete of the 2025 AHA Heartcode® PALS Online course.

• Skills Session must be completed with the (60) days from completing the online course.

• Students must bring their 2025 AHA Heartcode® PALS Online Certificate of Completion.   

PALS SKILLS SESSION - (PART 2 & 3)  (Separate Cost for Skills Session) 

• Must be completed within 60 days of completing the online program.

• The 2025 Heartcode® PALS Certificate must be presented.

• Takes 1.30 to 1.45 hours or MORE to complete.

• (Based on students' ability to successfully complete)

• Come fully prepared; the skills test is not designed as a teaching session.

• Be proficient with your child and infant BLS CPR Skills. During skills testing, students must successfully demonstrate competency performing the following skills: 

• 1 & 2 Rescuer Child/Infant CPR 

• Use of Automated External Defibrillator

• Bag-mask Ventilation

• PALS Megacode Testing 

• Knowledge of all Algorithms and what to do for each including correct and proper medication dosages before coming to class.
